How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also track your order here: [insert link] Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the shipping email.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing quickly to get your items to you fast. We can't guarantee edits after checkout. If you made a mistake, email support@shopbutterflysweat.com ASAP with the subject line "URGENT: Order Change". Include your order number and we will try our best to correct your order.
My package shows delivered but I can't find it.
Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early), check with neighbors/household, and look in safe-drop areas. If still missing after 24 hours, contact the carrier with your tracking number. Then email us within 7 days at support@shopbutterflysweat.com so we can help.
