If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@shopbutterflysweat.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos (front, back, and a close-up). Once verified, we’ll replace or exchange the item. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue store credit.
